We are pleased to announce the promotion of Julius Edward M. Guzman to Senior Associate, effective 01 July 2026.

Since joining the firm, Julius has consistently demonstrated dedication, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to excellence in the practice of law. He regularly advises on renewable energy development projects, including solar, floating photovoltaic (FPV), and offshore and onshore wind projects, with substantial experience in land due diligence, regulatory compliance, and project development matters.

He has also drafted and negotiated complex commercial agreements, including EPC, O&M, share and asset acquisition, financing, and development agreements. Beyond project development work, Julius also advises clients on competition law, corporation law, foreign investment, environmental law, contractor licensing, and regulatory matters, and has represented clients in high-value commercial disputes before Philippine courts.

This promotion reflects Julius’ significant contributions to the firm and the trust he has earned from clients and colleagues. As Senior Associate, he will continue to play an important role in leading matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
