We are happy to announce that Lyra Miragrace Flores-Bisnar has been admitted as a Commercial and Transactions Partner at OS Law.

Lyra is a corporate and mergers and acquisitions lawyer with extensive legal experience across Southeast Asia. She was previously a Partner at a Singapore law firm and a Principal Foreign Attorney in that firm’s Myanmar office.

She is experienced in assisting clients in their investment projects across the region in various sectors, including energy, tourism, banking and finance, telecommunications, infrastructure and real estate development, distribution and retail, agriculture, special economic zones, and the INGO/NGO field. Since working with OS Law she has handled corporate advisory, due diligence, and M&A transactional matters for both local and foreign clients, including those in the financing, hotel, ports and infrastructure, renewable energy, and biotechnology industries.

Earlier in her career, Lyra served as Assistant Secretary in the Office of the Chief Presidential Legal Counsel at the Office of the President. Prior to government service, she practiced as an associate at one of the Philippines’ leading law firms.

Lyra holds a Master of Corporate Law degree from the University of Cambridge, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School, graduating with honors and in the top 7 of her batch.

She is a qualified attorney in the Philippines and England & Wales (Solicitor). She has further been recognized by Asialaw Profiles (2020–2025) as a notable practitioner in Myanmar for Corporate and M&A, and was included in the WTR 1000 list of the World’s Leading Trademark Professionals (2024).
