OS Law has once again been named a winner in the Taxation category of Asia Business Law Journal’s (ABLJ) Philippines Law Firm Awards 2024, marking the fifth straight year that the firm has been recognized among the country’s top tax law firms. The 2024 Taxation winners were ACCRALAW, Baniqued & Bello, Du-Baladad & Associates, and Ocampo & Suralvo Law Offices.
According to ABLJ: “Ocampo & Suralvo Law Offices (OS Law) handles corporate, commercial and tax needs for its clients, including company establishment, contract negotiation, M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and litigation.”
ABLJ highlighted that partner Jude Ocampo “has assisted numerous multinationals with multi-jurisdictional reorganisations and complex M&A,” and that partner Karen Ocampo “has extensive tax law experience, ranging from tax planning and advisory to tax controversy and advocacy,” including roles at Deloitte Kazakhstan and Ernst & Young Cambodia.
The winners of Asia Business Law Journal’s Philippines Law Firm Awards were selected based on votes, references and qualitative information received from in-house counsel and other legal professionals in the Philippines and around the world.
