BIR Releases Enhanced BIR Registration Forms for Ease of Doing Business

On 19 May 2023, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (“BIR”) issued Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 60-2023 which circularized the availability of the enhanced BIR Registration Forms relative to the implementation of Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

The following are the enhanced forms released by the BIR:
