Annual Establishment Report on Wages for Calendar Year 2022

Through Labor Advisory No. 4, series of 2023 issued by the Department of Labor and Employment (“DOLE”) on 10 March 2023, all private establishments were reminded to submit their Annual Establishment Report on Wages for the calendar year 2022, on or before 31 May 2023.

In the said advisory, the DOLE reiterated the obligation of all private establishments to submit their reports as of 31 December 2022 to the Annual Establishment Report on Wages online portal through: https://annualwagereport.nwpc.dole.gov.ph. The annual report should contain a verified itemized listing of the establishment’s labor component, with the specific names of the rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices and workers with disabilities who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding salaries and wages.
