Shaula Pelobello

Shaula is a senior associate of the firm who is specializing in transactions, mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on energy-related acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. She has been involved in several advisory and due diligence matters related to various industries in the Philippines, including renewable energy, the food and drug industry, oil and gas industry, manufacturing and retail, automotives industry, lending and financing, and business process outsourcing.

She has also worked on several public-private partnership (PPP) and joint venture (JV) transactions and was also involved in several unsolicited PPP engagements of the firm.

Shaula obtained her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College – Alabang School of Law. She graduated from De La Salle University – Manila in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies – Major in Japanese.
