OS Law Career Milestones!

Atty. Lyra Miragrace Flores-Bisnar has been admitted as Partner in the firm’s Commercial and Transactions practice, and Atty. Julius M. Guzman has been promoted to Senior Associate, both effective 1 July 2026.

Lyra is a corporate and M&A lawyer who advises clients on regional investment projects spanning energy, tourism, banking and finance, telecommunications, infrastructure and real estate development, distribution and retail, agriculture, special economic zones, and the INGO/NGO sector. Her practice covers corporate advisory, due diligence, and M&A transactions for local and foreign clients in financing, hospitality, ports and infrastructure, renewable energy, and biotechnology. She holds a Master of Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge and a Juris Doctor from Ateneo Law School, where she graduated with honors, ranking in the top 7 of her batch.

Julius focuses on land due diligence, regulatory compliance, and project development, with particular experience supporting clients on solar, floating photovoltaic (FPV), and offshore and onshore wind projects. He also advises on competition law, corporation law, foreign investment, environmental law, and contractor licensing, and has represented clients in high-value commercial disputes before Philippine courts. He holds a Juris Doctor from De La Salle University Tañada-Diokno College of Law, graduating in the top 25% of his class.
