Bianca Sebollena

Bianca is a Juris Doctor graduate of Arellano University School of Law and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University Manila. She previously worked with one of the country’s leading auditing firms, where she provided tax compliance, due diligence, audit support, and tax consulting services tailored to clients’ specific needs.

Her practice focuses on tax assessments, tax advisory, tax compliance reviews, and tax litigation before the Court of Tax Appeals and regular courts. She also handles requests for rulings, applications for tax treaty relief, and claims for tax refunds before administrative agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue and various Local Government Units.
