Jermiss Muarip

Jermiss earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2025 from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, specializing in Dispute Resolution.

During law school, she was a student associate in Ateneo Legal Services Center, where she assisted in handling civil and criminal cases. As a resident intern in Ateneo Human Rights Center, she worked with the Legal Rights and Natural Resources (LRC-KSK), where she was involved in the organization’s direct legal services program and primarily contributed in legal research and conduct of community consultations and paralegal training with IP communities in South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, and Maguindanao. She was also a legal intern in the Supreme Court in the Office of Associate Justice Japar B. Dimaampao, an experience which piqued her growing interest in legal research and writing.

In 2019, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Management degree in Ateneo de Manila University – John Gokongwei School of Management with Honorable Mention. She also spent a semester in Korea University as part of the Junior Term Abroad program, where she took subjects in international marketing and global business.
