Rex Apad

Rex earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2025 and was admitted to the bar the following year. He also holds a degree in BS in Civil Engineering with specialization in Transportation Engineering from De La Salle University-Manila, where he graduated with Honorable Mention.

Back in law school, he was a member of the UP Law Bar Operations Commission Academics Team and contributed to the making of BOC Reviewers for the bar candidates. He also did an internship under the UP Office of the Legal Aid, as well as an externship at the Office of the Solicitor General.
